Fire dampers are designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through the air duct system to the adjacent special special firefighting compartments. They are manufactured of galvanised sheet metal. Their design allows horizontal or vertical installation. Dampers can be made round, square and rectangular. Depending on the customer’s requirements, they can be equipped with an electric actuator (when the temperature reaches 72°С the damper is closed automatically by a spring) or with a limit switch (allows monitoring of the fire damper position).
